Where is the service available?
We are providing services to all the major cities in Nepal. You can buy gifts from anywhere, and have it delivered them to 16 cities in Nepal. You will know if we provide service to your city at the checkout page while you fill the address.
Can I send gifts to Nepal from abroad?
Definitely. You can send gifts to Nepal from anywhere in the world provided you can make the payment online. By send, we mean ‘You Pay, We Take Care of the Rest’.
Do you accept international payment?
We certainly do. We don’t have debit card payment option available in our website yet, but we definitely accept international payment. Just contact us, and we will be able to make it work.
How long does it take for the gifts to get delivered?
We will deliver all the gift boxes within 3 days of the order day to any cities where our services are available. We also do ‘Next-Day-Delivery’ to Kathmandu and Chitwan if the order is placed before 12:00 pm (might not always be possible because of unforeseen situations). But to make sure we have enough time to deliver, please place the order at least 3 days before your preferred delivery date. If you have any question related to shipping and delivery, feel free to contact us.
What is the delivery fee?
Since we are based in Chitwan, we are providing free delivery here. For any other cities, we charge Rs. 200 as a delivery fee.
Can I change my order?
We can only change the orders that haven’t yet been processed for delivery. Once they are processed or are out for delivery, we won’t be able to make any changes to the order. If the orders haven’t been processed for delivery, we would love to work on your requested edits, Feel free to reach out to us.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not. A whole gift box package contains custom message, gift note, gift box, ribbon and other things that can’t be reused if returned. Also, returning the gift boxes can be complicated because of how sensitive and delicate they can be at times. We can cancel the order or change it before they are processed for delivery yet, but we can’t accept returns. Thank you for understanding.
How can I track my package or know when it will get delivered?
Once the order is processed (is ready), we will let the buyer know. And once it is ready for delivery, we will give the receiver a call and make sure they know what time they can expect the delivery.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes, they are. All the online payments are done through trusted and secure payment gateways, and it is guaranteed that the payments are secure.
